COVID-19 Update - How The Kopi Luwak Company is Adapting

A message to our wonderful coffee loving customers...

We wanted to update you as to how The Kopi Luwak Company is adapting to the COVID-19 crisis that is affecting the world currently.

First of all, and most importantly we'd like to reassure both current and potential Kopi Luwak Company customers that we are operating business as usual. We have full stock levels and are dispatching orders on time and the vast majority of orders (95%+) are arriving on time!

To ensure our staff and customers are protected, our warehouse team are using personal protective equipment and are adhering to strict social distancing laws and regulations to ensure everyone is kept safe.

Dispatch & Delivery

As mentioned above, orders are being packed and dispatched on time, however due to the COVID-19 situation, whilst the vast majority (95%+) of orders are being delivered on time, some couriers are running a few days behind schedule, this may cause a couple of days delay to orders arriving with you. We ask that you are patient and only contact us if more than 5 days have passed from your expected delivery date.

Customer Service

In addition, our customer service team are all working from home to help reduce the risks from COVID-19 and to adhere to social distancing. Some of them have young families at home and are dealing with more enquiries than usual. Therefore, whilst we aim to respond within 1 working day, it may take 2-3 working days to respond to enquiries during busier times or when we are short staffed. Again we ask for your patience and can assure you we will get back to you ASAP.
